Strawberry Lemon Sorbet

1 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1Tbsp Honey Bear 100% Pure Honey
1 Container Elli Quark Lemon Flavor Yogurt

Empty out the Elli Quark yogurt cup into food processor or blender ( I used blender)

Add Strawberries and Honey and blend!

Mine wasn't quite the consistency I wanted to eat right away, so I put it in the freezer for an extra hour. It might have been perfect if I would have put maybe half of the yogurt.

Made enough for 3 servings

It came out very good tangy with a hint of sweet from the honey. I can't wait to experiment with other recipes using the Elli Quark Yogurts. Jon was super excited when he got home from a long day at school and had this as a snack. He said it tasted just like strawberry ice cream, which makes this momma proud because I would rather give him this any day than regular store bought ice cream.
